New Neutral Sizing Agent

I. Function and Role 
　　Paper dry strength agent RT-G15 is an amphoteric slightly anionic polyacrylamide aqueous solution with a network structure, widely used in the papermaking of packaging paper, specialty paper, etc. It effectively enhances the paper's burst strength, ring crush strength, interlayer bonding force, etc., aids in the retention and bonding of fine fibers and fillers, reduces fiber loss, and increases paper grammage.

III. Usage Method
　　1. Dilute the product online to a 15-20 times diluted solution and pump it to the addition point. Use under acidic and neutral conditions, with optimal effectiveness at pH 5-6.
　　2. The addition point is in the mixing chest or stock chest after the refiner. It can be added continuously or intermittently, added to thick stock, with the location close to the headbox, avoiding high shear as much as possible; it can also be applied by interlayer spraying.
　　3. Dosage: 10-50kg of PC-G15 dry strength agent per ton of paper, or adjust according to production needs.

IV. Packaging and Storage
　　This product should be stored in a dry room, protected from freezing and direct sunlight. The temperature should not exceed 30°C.
　　Packaged in 200KG, 1000KG plastic drums.
